Pros

- Lots to learn; engineers have the opportunities to get involved in the full development cycle (understanding requirements, getting involved in databases, full stack development, testing, building, deploying and releases. Engineers are exposed to stakeholders management and are expected to providing production-line support which requires understanding the domain and architecture. There's plenty to learn here - both technically and personally. - Exciting projects where robustness, accuracy and timing is important - Great culture; I have met some of the best people here. Everyone cares about one another; HR is always supporting employees through flexible working and adapting to employee needs. - Great pay & bonuses (beyond expectations) - Hybrid working & flexi hours - Mentorship programmes, giving employees to mentor/participate as a mentor (or both) - ERG initiatives to help build network and raise awareness of social issues as well as providing employees opportunities to build skills such as networking, increasing visibility, communication and leadership - Provide internship programmes giving more junior employees the chance to develop leadership skills - Although hierarchical, the structure feels flat ; everyone interacts with everyone regardless of seniority - Employees are always recognized - Good office & location - private health and other cool benefits! - Supports DEI ; good diversity - Opportunities to give back to the community (charity, volunteering etc.)

Cons

Nothing - I love this place!
