Good place to work, growth opportunities not what they were.

Pros

Excellent place to work with an Executive Committee who truly seem to care about their employees.

Cons

Trying too hard to be a full service investment bank. Hard to compete with bigger shops in certain businesses, especially since the firms cost of capital is so high. Better compensation and perks for employees when the firm was more of a boutique investment bank. What's best for the shareholder isn't always best for employee compensation...especially in the Back Office.
