Junior resources are expendable Little care for junior work life balance but fairly typical for industry Comp below street at analyst level Highly political firm with lots of infighting Little chance for path to MD internally if looking to be career banker Often pitch and win crap business although also win strong mandates as well Very toxic culture. People are unpleasant to deal with on a day to day basis
