Pros

Good people you work alongside

Cons

Management treats employees like cattle. Bathrooms are worse than port authority. CTO & CIO was hired based upon the color of his skin and not his skills NOR his experience. Terrible pay, zero recognition for hard work and long hours. Discrimination and abuse run rampant..

Can’t Leave Soon Enough

Pros

There are some good people in the firm.

Cons

Compensation substantially below market rate (for my role about 40% lower than average for my job level and function). Lagging benefits, with less PTO than competitors and no sick leave at all. The firm touts its lean structure but it’s ultimately a way to brand itself more positively than a sweatshop.
