Pros

On-time salary Nice office building

Cons

Lack of motivation from leadership No company team buildings Low base salary, not many options of growing inside the company The daily basis is highly mechanical and there is no challenge on the given tasks. It's common that managers to ignore the advice given, they want to innovate without understanding tasks.

Pros

Pay is competitive. Good team dynamics. Growth opportunities. Work from home available for some positions.

Cons

Changes direction every few months, then sets often-contradictory initiatives and goals. Growth is available, but only if you make the right connections. Constant threat of downsizing or restructure in the organization. Mostly moving operations to India due to cost-slashing despite customer and internal department complaints and performance concerns.
