Very stable company that consistently grows, good coworkers (for the most part).

Cons

Compensation is about average, and it's still up tight corporate life.

Pros

The large company gives you a chance to move across multiple departments and divisions to get a variety of experiences.

Cons

It does not offer a standardized career path and advancement opportunities. You need to map your own career path.

Pros

Good Team support from colleagues

Cons

High degree of cronism. Amercians only promote Americains, British only promote English, and so on for Germans and French. The rest are considered not to be important enough! You are NOT promoted for your good work and efforts or for your qualifications and the ability to do the job.
