Pros

WFH, decent benefits, expense account

Cons

Horrible experience. I had forgotten about this horrendous company until I came across some old docs recently. After about 2 years in the company I wanted to try something different. My mgmt did not like that I was applying to other jobs and was threatened with the loss of my job. In the end, I was told to stop applying or be put on a PIP (for no reason- it wasn't due to job performance). I also never got tools to actually do my job and had to constantly borrow tools. Time must be charged to a customer project only and they made sure time was alloted for the most senior employees leaving newer employees with no time to charge. I ended up quitting instead of being put on a PIP that wasn't deserved. Crappy company and management

Pros

Excellent training facilities and time is provided to ramp-up to the level of the job, before they expect a certain amount of work output from you. The team I work with is fantastic and the best in the country to use innovative methods to calculate savings. Great team to work with.

Cons

1. Lacks consistency in management. I have had 3 bosses in the last 3 years that I have been with this company. 2. Sales does drive everything, but retaining Customers is also very important. Let's not lose focus on that!
