Pros

Like every large company there are better positions than others, and management can vary. With that in mind, I have had some great managers and some below par. In both situations, I still felt supported by the overall company and I learned different lessons from each position. You have to be accepting of change and be able to move to new opportunities within the company if necessary. The co-workers in general were great people from my experience.

Cons

Highly matrixed. Sometimes you will not know how to get something solved; there is no solid roadmap for project management. You will be expected to draw from experience and come up with creative solutions to move your program forward.
