      - career opportunities - management welcomes new ideas, recommendations for improvement, initiative taken by employees - fair pay - focus on ethics and compliance

      Cons

      - continued changes at executive leadership level leading to continued organizational redesign, long term objectives & strategies are difficult to set and to be reached - employee benefits offering can be improved - more focus should go to effective succession planning - US driven policies and structures limiting European ownership required to meet European business needs

      Great pay, that is it.

      Very political. If management would realize root cause of issues instead of finding ways to blame others, it would benefit greatly.
