Pros

Profitable firm with a collaborative culture where everyone tries to get their work done so they can spend time with their family.

Cons

Appears to be that leavers are not always replaced and there are shortage of resources.

Great benefits but divided morale.

Pros

Great staff benefits, comparable to the usual big banks. Still set up like a small bank so it’s very community driven and lots of events. Great nespresso machine and free instant noodles.

Cons

Caught up in trying to expand too fast too big and losing the cultural essence of what the bank aims to represent. Zurich as headquarters really means a lot of direction comes from there and you hardly have any say. Or require a mammoth effort to influence the last say. For a growing team, work life balance is non existent.

Pros

decent salary with a great formula payout scheme

Cons

Operation is slow and lock of experiences. The management team does not help bankers to grow only numbers. Continue financial learning is a joke Pricing for the clients is worse than other banks.
