Pros

Excellent culture, people very friendly and helpful, very flexible working and common sense approach. I am delighted to join the bank.

Cons

The office is a bit outdated but we are moving to a brand new one in Q1 2023.

Pros

Generally good people and with a great collaborative spirit. Smaller bank relative to some other players which makes it easy to feel at home and gain exposure to senior management. Interesting place in the corporate lifecycle and strategy, i.e. strategically preparing for a next growth cycle.

Cons

Potentially because of the place in the corporate lifecycle the bank is in, it is still a rather fragmented organization from a functional and technology perspective. This implies a rather challenging stakeholder landscape and decision taking process if one is working on topics with global relevance.

Pros

- Diverse Job Possibilities - Very open and supporting culture - Nice benefits

Cons

- not the most clear development paths - rather hierarchical among the upper management - front business is too separated from middle- & back-office
