- BJB is offering employees a flexible working model which aloud me flexibility to improve my work and private life balance - welcoming Culture - familiar environment

Cons

- if someone doesn't like the familiar environment, want fit - digitalization is in progress and not yet done/completed therefore still a lot manual work ahead - some people might be a bit reserved at the firm (Ops dept. especially for english speaking people)

Pros

Although not that small anymore, the 'family' feeling can still be perceived. People are very open, dedicate time and efforts to make you feel as part of it. Very flexible management style, trust is high amongst the teams.
