Pros

You are treated with respect in the authentic sense, in areas where it matters. The people I work with make an effort to support me and it is clear what is expected from me. There is a strong sense of professionalism and focus. The HR and other processes are well developed and everything you need for a great work/life balance is thought of. The work is challenging and exciting, but I do not feel like I am alone or out of my depth. The office atmosphere is calm and allows me to be productive.
