Pros

- great people, sharing of same values, caring & approachable leaders, lots of engagement - impressive commitment for social services (fund raising initiatives)

Cons

- clumsy work processes; too many systems, no integrated solution - front staff feel they work under fear (see Peakon feedback; KRI threat comes with every new system introduction) - applying common sense lacking at times - attrition in Compliance too high and too many junior staff with lack of experience - on-boarding training of high quality but lengthy & too much - should differentiate more on functions & experience level of staff
