- Great brand, international, seize that matters but still not feeling like a number (people know each other) - Current Management Team with clear goal to grow brand profitable and sustainable - Warm welcome on all levels during my first 3 month

Cons

- Maturity level of certain processes and controls - well initiated but still requiring attention in execution and experience / maturity - Consistency of changes made and minimum standards, controls implemented across all regions still require management attention for foreseeable future - Consolidated supervision including satellite and small locations another spot of management attention
