Pros

Very nice people that actually care about you and make working for JB so much more interesting. You actually get the feeling that you are being part of it rather than just "someone that is only there". Every encounter

Cons

Actually not JB's fault but the pandemic puts all the pros down to nearly non existing. Working together is a pain in the neck despite JB offering good IT-systems. The lack of a personal restaurant.

- Everyone demonstrated strong corporate culture and passion. - People have been extremely approachable. - Very good accountability and reliance on each other professional standing (team, 1LOD, HR). - Sizeable and interesting client base.

Cons

- some processes are unclear and explanation a bit confusing (WFH approval) - lack of sell side research - muddled process for SPs and underuse of CH capabilities (regulatory)
