Pros

Flat organisation and a pragmatic working culture. The firm lives a culture of mutual support and solution oriented collaboration across ranks and business units. Politics and internal bureaucracy is much less than in many of the firms (bigger) competitors. Overall the skill level and engagement of the people is high and creates a place where it is much easier and to focus on getting the job done.

Cons

Some business units and people still live to comfortably in the old wealth management world and should be more open to the necessary development of the business model and culture in order to stay relevant for the clients.
