      Great onboarding process, really collaborative colleagues, minimal bureaucracy

      Cons

      Starting during the pandemic meant not seeing so many people face to face but everyone made the effort to connect via video

      Cons

      project budgets are in general smaller than in really big multinational corporations, so things move a bit slower (this might actually be an advantage?)
