Pros

Entrepreneurship culture, good business model and strong position in wealth management

Cons

Internal systems quite old, would need more investment (apparently already ongoing)

Pros

decent salary with a great formula payout scheme

Cons

Operation is slow and lock of experiences. The management team does not help bankers to grow only numbers. Continue financial learning is a joke Pricing for the clients is worse than other banks.

Pros

-extremly flexible, open culture, excellent collaboration between teams & divisions; - always interested to hear ideas/recommendations if this will lead to more efficiency; - you can feel the positive spirit; most of the employees seem to be happy - meaningful processes!!! It is really nice to see that if there is a special case or the old defined process is obviously not reasonable anymore, there is the flexibility to adapt!

Cons

from time to time you can hear some employees complain about top down communication, but probably it depends on the team head. In general I don't see any cons where the competitors will do it better
