Pros

Great working environment culture where healthy collaboration always reflect when working with almost every domain. There's also a lot of opportunity for learning and growth. Strong and skilled management always keep staffs interested, engaged and work towards a common goal.

Cons

People can be very political in a sense, balancing between achieving self-interest and conveying an image one of a healthy collaborator. Politics make management tends to over commit and get everyone overloaded.

Pros

Very slow paced working environment. As this is a private bank which deals with mainly high net worth individual, the work volume is considerably very low.

Cons

Very little opportunity for career advancement. If you are looking to advance into a management role, it is better to start from the middle office.
