Pros

Professional, dynamic, all people I work with comes across as being happy and enthusiastic about their job. The company is growing and is one of the robust privat banking in Switzerland. Young and dynamic leadership.

Cons

Unfortunately the company has now senior PM roles anywhere else than Geneva and Zurich. The integration of Merry Lynch is taking a bit time and the uncertainty in the financial markets make the job overall not simple.

Pros

Politics free. Well rewarded. Conveniently located. Talent Recognising and retaining management. Very flexible work policies for women. Good Internal mobility opportunities. More leaves than others.

Cons

A bit stressful, otherwise I don't have any problem with the management policies. They are quite flexible. Outspoken and demanding people grow faster by the ladder.

Pros

Good location Exciting business Management more interested in getting things working than blamestorming.

Cons

Some horrific egotistical people who would rather see a project fail than admit fault. Some support staff who take unhelpful to a new level.
