Pros

Good benefits, small things but they add up. I guess they are about average. Much depends in which team u work, how your boss is. If he leaves you alone like mine does then you are cool and do your job and when you are done you do whatever you like, as long as you come in on time and don't leave before the time. Not stressful at all.

Cons

Feel that there is too much politics. Lots of people hiding behind their computers. Working inefficiently. I could do the job of 5 people.

Pros

Good location, friendly environment, people are helpful, promotes work life balance

Cons

Depends on the team / team head you are working with. No internal mobility. Really poor salary (especially for Junior) and management. People are very cliquish.
