Young, open-minded management in HQ, growing firm where you could make a difference if you impress the right people.

Cons

Lots of back stabbing, very political, decisions made on personality not aptitude. Some senior management don't fully understand the business or the RM role. RMs hampered by admin. Salaries not great, some evident sexism.
