      Pros

      - agile and flexible working atmosphere - being involved from the scratch in projects and tasks - being supported and feeling since the first day like full member of the company - open, transparent and diversified communication - trustful working environment - short ways - also with regards to the management - easy to connect to colleagues in all entities and branches all over the world

      Cons

      - working in Luxemburg implies bearing quite numerous days of rain in case I need to mention any "con" - but no employer can´t be held responsible for weather conditions

      I've been with Julius Bär for a couple months now and I love it so far. All the colleagues I met are wonderful, my team leader supports me and my development and I also enjoy the company culture. Also the benefits the company provides to their employees are amazing. I also enjoy the fact that JB has a hybrid working policy and that you have the chance to buy additional holidays etc.
