- bank's culture is very supportive/friendly - great feedback culture - very attractive pension fund - great employees across the entire bank - state of the art IT infrastructure (every employee has a notebook, headset, etc. and can work from every location / integration of AI to make your life easier and work more efficient) - flexible work-from-home policies that is lived by entire bank
