A place to be! An employer that "walks the talk"

Pros

- Such humane and caring culture that I never experienced at any other banks. The employer does care about the wellbeing of the employees and this is indeed practiced in "walk the talk" way within the team and among people. - People try to make things happen together. Less political power game by authoritative MDs. Fewer redundant people who are just sitting around - Best maternity leave benefit within the industry, or in whole Switzerland

Cons

- Base salary somewhat lower than bigger peers. - Since it is a smaller bank with focus in CH/Europe market, some procedures for "exotic" regions still need to be established, or are being established.
