Pros

The helpfulness of my colleagues. The reputation and exclusive brand. Fair compensation. The fact that JB has no investment banking part and no branch in the USA.

Cons

For my part, there is "not a hair in the soup" to be found....

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and helpful, and positive vibes are everywhere. This is extremely rare for Private Banking. Management is approachable and professional.

Cons

Some of the processes can definitely be streamlined.

A strong bank

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Communication with other stakeholders are rather quick and concise with the intention to do business (of course there are a handful of individuals who arent but we will face this everywhere).

Cons

the Bank may be established and rather mature in Asia. Despite it being one of the largest private banks in Asia, the branding is not as wide as its peer competitors. can update themselves on certain systems and processes. Digital improvements for both staff and clients is needed (but good thing is they are working on this)
