      Good environment, a lot of learning and different projects to work on.

      Cons

      Hybrid 3x week setup. Very limited work from abroad policy taking into account it's travel company, also no travel benefits/discounts. A bit disorganized.

      Pros

      From the first recruitment conversations to the onboarding experience, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported. The interview process was professional, respectful, and well organized, with clear communication throughout. After joining, the onboarding felt smooth and thoughtful, and it helped me understand both the role and the company quickly. People were approachable, helpful, and generous with their time, which made the transition much easier. Overall, it was a very positive experience and a strong start.

      Cons

      There is a lot to take in during the first few weeks, and some internal processes naturally take a bit of time to fully understand.
