Full of non technical competent people at top layer and minus one layer. So, if you are smart, you can fool around.
Cons
There is an india managing director, he makes biased company policy for India. For example - all employees barely get few lacs medical benefit, but only the managing director gets unlimited medical benefit till his death. Then only the managing director travels business class and the rest travel cattle class. And there are many more. The so called HR managers and directors - can't event speak good English. They brought a new HR director who appears to be a cousin of HR vice president. Marathi Bias and cast discrimination at its peak.
