Too many systems and locations for vital information it can often be overwhelming and exhausting to find/obtain what you are looking for. Lack of communication between departments creates an unusual, no hostile, work environment, in that it feels as if many work in their own echo chambers.

Could have a better system for handling material planning paper work. Very old school with the way work is done Working from home is not much of an option because of the process in completing the work in very physical.
