      Pros

      Great place to get started and then get away from quickly.

      Cons

      Pay is far below competition, the products are substandard with ridiculous markups. Executive team is a joke and a high-school business class could produce the same if not better results. No direction for the brand, the dealers, the technology, or the employees.

      Not good for mental health

      Remote work. Really Good modern office. Occasional events. Fruits. Coffee.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Lack of clear vision. Unprepared team leaders who treat adults like kindergarten kids. Burnout. No procedures. Blaming. Management never admits their faults. People leaving in tears.
