Pros
The chance to do accounting qualification whilst being paid and working. Gain exposure to a range of clients in different industries and the chance to meet different people working at different professional levels at those client companies. Also have a good network of colleagues at same level as you in the firm but also mix with all levels and there is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere so that there is no real division between partners and other employees.
Cons
The work can become mundane as the challenge does peak. Worst though is that you do the same audits every year and the opportunities to see other companies ends. And there is no choice in what companies you therefore come to "specialize" in.
