      Pros

      Stable work. People are always going to need insurance and hospitals. Great mission of caring for people. KP offers a traditional pension program that almost doesn't exist anywhere else. Great co-workers who will help you out.

      Cons

      Very process-oriented. Overly hard to get work done. Deliverables require input from too many stakeholders who sometimes have differing opinions. You can work right up to the deadline, and it doesn't have to be this way.
