      Pros

      it was my first job. I've seen people grow in position. However it was not my personal taste. Usually they pay for additional time after work day.

      Cons

      Too hard physical work with not that competitive salary . Stayed up whole day and many times couldn't take my breaks. Shift were too early and too late. It was impossible to go home on time.Poor work-life balance.
