      Pros

      -> Can negotioate working hours/days -> Salary better than average -> There's always room for improving oneself

      Cons

      -> At this time no shifts are called upon part-time staff (past few years were like that) -> "Difficulty peaks" - sometimes there's nothing to do, sometimes there's too much to handle (and ultiamately to be blamed for) -> Steep learning curve (workers are expected to learn majority of things in two to three months; 2-6 shifts/2-8 hours each)
