Outdated leadership pushes for office return despite profits

Senior leadership seems to have an outdated view of the workspace and wants to bring us all back into the office when YOY profits gave exceeded expectations by tens of millions of dollars.

Benefits and bonuses overshadow poor work-life balance

Great benefits, year end bonus, monthly bonus opportunity Opportunity to advance

Cons

Work life balance is terrible, since Don stepped down the company has gone down hill, higher expectations and lower staff numbers. They don't give enough labor to run the stores the way Don would expect. Over saturated Kwik trip market, they keep building but can't hire for the current stores. Pay for store leaders is not good when we work way over 45 hours a week. Constant turn over for mgmt because the hours are long and the expectations are crazy ridiculous.
