Decent pay with awesome year end bonus. You have room for growth if you want to move up and they do an awesome job hiring the right people for the company.

Very nice starting pay. Much better than other places especially at my age. Lot of work but you are rewarded

They want things done fast. too fast. You get a lot of hours too. They won't hire you if you can't work a lot of hours.

Weak upper management, over aggressive budgets, leadership works 50+ hours per week even in slow times and when outperforming budgets, on call always, treated as if it's never good enough, many false options for advancement
