Company provides 40% profit sharing, uses it as excuse to abuse. No family life allowed for leadership.

Cons

Weak upper management, over aggressive budgets, leadership works 50+ hours per week even in slow times and when outperforming budgets, on call always, treated as if it's never good enough, many false options for advancement

Paid well, shrink bonus and profit sharing, you feel like your apart of something special. They have a strong culture and a desire to be the best.

Cons

Many, many hours. You have to work at least 50 hours a week and that's lucky if thats all you put in. Your voice to improve hings will not be heard. You must nod your head and always do what your told.

Great place to work with a friendly Atmosphere, company family based and that is seen where they like the work you do.

Cons

The downside is that at times you will work third shift which can be hard when you are not used to it.
