Dangerous Conditions and No Respect for Schedules
Pros
The pay is decent. Especially now that they have demoted all of their managers and made them take a huge pay cut and revoked their raises over the years. But hey, at least they increased pay for the Associates so that now everyone earns the same about regardless of workload! Great Job Lidl U.S..(sarcasm included).
Cons
I returned to work post surgery and there was no regard for my safety and a complete disregard of my doctor's note. I contacted H.R. regarding the matter and not only was nothing done to reinforc the need for the temporary work limitations, but they communicated with me in a heartless tone. In addition to this, they schedule people with no days off. Work weeks easily extend 9 and 10 days with some employees telling me they have been working 2 weeks straight. People quit on the spot.
