Honestly I don't know where to start... Medieval working conditions.. not even close to a decent employer ..You do the work of 5 people and if you complain you are lazy..nothing was good enough for them .. I decided to leave lidl to study at another city and now I work for another company... at the beginning I wasn't sure the money was too good (in fact it could be better).. now I'm very happy with my new job...massive difference.. two words :they care.. I do one job I'm coming home ON TIME and I'm happy not devastated. In lidl they have no values.. nothing.. I'm sorry to say that cause i learnt a lot there but it's true..I could be writing for days about the blame culture and the destroyment of psycology and personality...but I will just give an advice "if you have other option, just leave, money shouldn't be a priority"
