Keeps you fit. Improves your organisation skills. 10% staff disount.

Cons

Long hours. No breaks for managers Unsociable hours No progress. All visitors only interested in speaking with store manager. Zero training. Understaffed. Fast turnround of area managers so no leadership.

Pros

Good pay. If you are liked by senior management you can go places.

Cons

Work life balance is poor. Number of hours put in negates the salary on offer. It actually works out to be the same in comparison with other retail industries.
