Pros

Succesful company within the retail business, friendly colleagues, semi-flexible work hours, london weighting, plenty of entry level opportunities for graduates

Cons

limited growth opportunities, processes are out-dated - very paperbased environment, work can be repetitive and unchallenging at times, strong influence by the german head office which makes things inefficient, high turnover of staff
