Pros

Numerous opportunities on national and international level for quick development. Stable and fast changing company experiencing constant growth. Salary more than average.

Cons

German is still the only company language. Together with centralized standardisation of many company aspects and procedures, this makes hiring in countries and international collaboration very difficult.

Pros

Fantastic people working in the company and always a pleasure to deal with. Great sense of team spirit in a workplace that is very high pressure. All managers and directors are very approachable and welcoming of input and feedback. If you put yourself out there you will get stuck into some fantastic, challenging, projects.

Cons

Sometimes can be long working hours, however this is not enforced by management, it is down to yourself. Office politics can occur like any other workplace.
