Pros

Co-workers are often kind and everyone tried their best.

Cons

Management is awful. Customers are even worse. Get threatened on the job? Too bad, you have to deal with that. Understaffed and overworked. Management doesn't care if the customer is right or wrong, you'll be punished regardless. Theft is insane and the employees are punished for it.
