Pros

Pay is good which is £14.95

Cons

You are not really a shift manager. Other manager roles you have duties to fulfill as a manager but within Lidl you’ll have a title as a shift manager but your role will be like customer assistant. You’ll be pulling pallets, working delivery and cleaning up shelves all shift.
