Treated poorly by management unless you are the 'Golden Child' Constantly threatened and put under immense pressure if you do not hit crazy targets that they keep moving the target for (Mainly in Chiller, M&P or Freezer... ambient is more lenient (If you need the toilet forget it). Lack of Leadership by higher ups, they can never decide what they want to do and whatever they end up doing usually ends up with cost cutting crucial services / processes or wrecking havoc in the departments. Head of logistics is clueless to what people below him have to contend with and goes with what makes things cheaper and more 'efficient' in his eyes.
