High pressure with good benefits

Pros

Lidl is a good company to work for if you don't mind to work in really fast pace environment. They have good benefits like health insurance, sick pay, flexi working hours.

Cons

There's high pressure and workload is too heavy which requires constantly prioritization of tasks. There's no limits. When you show management you can do more they'll give you more work.

Pros

Good pay Active management Clear goals Good company perks if you use them to the full extent

Cons

Expectations occasionally are unrealistic Work load can be exessive so have to gauge how to use your time effectively with little wastage Large turnover and sickness Overtime will be expected last minute However these are all known factors apon joining some are just not cutout for it and applies to all stores I have worked in.
