-Poor management -They have no control over the place people dodge calls left right and center and nothing is done about it. -They lie about the job during recruitment because people wouldn't take the job if they knew the truth. -Low pay for what you are expected to do.

Worked at Lightspeed for the past years and have been really happy with my place of work. The team is awesome and everyone supports each other while the manager is giving it her most to give her team access to training and everything thats needed to succeed. I have to say its been rare that I had such a caring and compassionate manager at a place of work.

Cons

The communication between certain departments could be better. It seems like sometimes work from other departments is delegated instead of trying to get the job done as efficient as possible.
