      All the people I've worked with at Lightspeed are fantastic. Driven, intelligent, great teams, great mid-level leadership. Accommodating managers and team leads who help you progress in the company, competent coworkers, good collaboration between departments The focus on the work is good. You won't be doing time wasting projects. You will be given opportunities to prove yourself

      Cons

      Really the pay. Either your in sales where the majority of your pay is commissions (and you can make decent money but take on a lot of stress) or you're not in sales and the money is mediocre at best to insulting. They fail to pay a competitive salary while hiring many new employees at the same time.

      Pros

      Learned a lot while working there; there were also a lot of great company social events.

      Cons

      High pressure work environment and, at the time, not much support from management. They were going through a lot of growing pains at the time so perhaps the situation has improved.
