      Pros

      Experience/Team/People -> Worked previously as auditor for 4 years. I experienced many different cultures in the workplace. Lightspeed is way ahead of them. In inclusivity, togetherness and all have shared common goals whilst working as an amazing team. I moved to Canada and started this position and it is the best decision I've made!

      Pros

      Given independence to do your job well. Respected in the role. Have the chance to take on new and more duties. Great Vibe, Great people and enjoyable role. Flexible if emergencies etc. Good managers.

      Cons

      Not much room for development or growth depending on location. A lot of high expectations in the role. A lot of knowledge you need to retain and know at the drop of a hat.
